How do I get to my download?+
Navigate to your email after purchase. You'll receive a download link that is valid for 30 days with up to 3 download attempts.
How do I get the face on my watch?+
Ensure you have the Clockology app downloaded (note: the Clockology app may offer you a paid subscription — this is not necessary to display our faces). 1. Click the download link in Safari 2. Approve the download 3. Click the blue down arrow in the bottom left 4. Click downloads 5. Click the face file 6. It will open in the Clockology app, where you can import and push it to your watch
What is Clockology and where do I download it?+
Clockology is the free iPhone and Apple Watch app used to display custom watch faces. Download it from the Apple App Store. Note: there are imposter apps that cost money — the official Clockology app is free.
My face only stays on for 2 minutes — how can I get it to stay on longer?+
On your Apple Watch: 1. Press the digital crown 2. Go to Settings → General → Return to Clock 3. Select 'After 1 Hour' Note: Apple only allows third-party faces to stay on screen for an hour at a time without a tap from the user.
How can I get back to the Clockology app if it closes on my watch?+
Select a stock Apple face with complications. Add Clockology as a complication so that with just one tap you are back to your watch face if it turns off.
