Welcome to Zadigg. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Zadigg provides digital watch faces, educational content, and related services through zadigg.com. Our platform allows users to browse, purchase, and download premium Apple Watch faces designed for use with the Clockology app.
2. Account Registration
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the services
- Uploading or distributing malware or malicious code
- Automated scraping, data mining, or crawling of the services
- Reverse engineering any aspect of the services
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of Zadigg or any third party
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on zadigg.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, watch face designs, and software — are owned by Zadigg or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Digital Products
Watch faces purchased through Zadigg are digital downloads licensed for personal use only. You may install and use purchased watch faces on your own Apple Watch devices via the Clockology app. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased watch faces is strictly prohibited.
6. Payment Terms
All applicable fees are charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Zadigg reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zadigg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zadigg and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Zadigg may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
Zadigg reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
