Returns & Refund Policy

At Zadigg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell digital products, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on Zadigg are digital downloads (Apple Watch faces for use with the Clockology app). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once the download link has been accessed.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded the product (download links have not been accessed)
- The product file is corrupted or defective and cannot be installed
- The product does not match the description or images shown on our website
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The product has already been downloaded (download link accessed)
- You changed your mind after purchase
- Your device or Apple Watch is not compatible with the Clockology app
- You did not read the product description or system requirements before purchasing
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your order number or the email address used at checkout
- The product name(s) you would like refunded
- The reason for your refund request

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout:
- Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): Refunded to the original card. May take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account. Typically appears within 3–5 business days.
- Wire Transfer: Refunded via wire transfer to the originating account. Processing times may vary by bank.
- Cryptocurrency: Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, crypto payments are non-refundable. Store credit may be offered instead.
6. Defective Products
If you receive a watch face file that is corrupted, does not install properly, or is otherwise defective, please contact us immediately. We will either provide a replacement file or issue a full refund at your preference, regardless of whether the file has been downloaded.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different watch face, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
9. Changes to This Policy
Zadigg reserves the right to update this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
